Scope

This policy covers the Dacnus marketing website. It does not cover the Dacnus platform itself; access to the platform is governed by the agreements we sign with each customer organization.

This website does not collect, store, or process resident health information. Please do not include resident or patient information in any form or email you send us.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, organization name, and optionally your role, levels of care, current system, and a message. Our hosting infrastructure also produces standard server logs (IP address, request time, pages requested) used for security and operations.

The site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

How we use it

We use contact-form information for one purpose: responding to your inquiry and, if you request one, arranging a product walkthrough. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that deliver it to us (for example, our email provider).

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to follow up and maintain our sales records. If you would like the information you submitted corrected or deleted, email [email protected] and we will take care of it.

Changes

If we change this policy, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date.
